Please pray for Aunt Thwe Wa (Antonio's Mom) for her breast surgery on Feb.8.08. Apparently, she is tired and down hearted. Please encourage her any way that you can.

Pray for Daw Nyunt Nyunt (U Saw Soe Aung's wife) she had just finished surgery for her back pain. She is still suffering from urinary infaction. She also is depressed. May the Lord bring healing to her sicknesses.

Continue to pray for Ma Win Kyi, she also is undergoing with treatment to her sickness. Please encourage her and pray.

Thank God for successful surgery process of uncle U Kyaw Myit. He is back home since yesterday and resting. Last Wednesday, uncle was undergone surgery for putting Pacemaker. Thank you all for your prayer support. Please continue to pray for him.

Indeed, Judas Iscariot was greedy with money. Even when a woman poured expensive oil on Jesus, Judas was interrupting her not to waste it. For he wanted to steal it later. (John 12:4-6) Talk about money! Money! He also hated Jesus, just he being pointed out as betrayer at the last supper, obviously. (Matt. 26:21-25) He was also unsaved; Jesus said better for him not to be born (Matt. 26:24). In fact Scripture said about him as devil has entered in his heart. (John 13:2)

Compassion field trip

Here we are, the first month of the year doing the first basket ministry movement around the Oakland area. We are going for field trip this Saturday 3:00 PM to the neighbors, come and join us. We will be back by 6:00 PM for dinner and night of evaluation and action discussion time. It will be fun and touching moment for everyone who join us. Church van will be leaving at 3:15PM sharp. Don't be late....

Please pray for Brian and the rest of the family for the comfort and peace. Their beloved Mom, Erma Cosby went with the Lord on Wendestday Jan. 9, 2008. The viewing will be Jan 15, Tuesday 9 Am to 5 Pm at Jesse E. Cooley, Jr. Funeral Home 640 N. California Street, Stockton, CA 95202. Funeral service will be on Jan. 16 Wednesday on 11AM at the same place. May the Lord grand them peace.

Please pray for our couples groups; Jeffrey, Flora, Franky, Sara, Su Hock, Easter, Paul, Cynthia, etc.. are going for the recreation trip along with family on this weekend. May the Lord keep them safe and have a good family time.

A knock from Unsuspected

Many times we assume certain thing can not be happening yet we are there to take it as if unsuspected. Here is an example that proved us we should suspect upon unsuspected. It is our human nature that we don’t want to give a benefit of a doubt to the things that we come a cross, instead stick tactlessly to our own understanding. That is why some time we suffer through in our own knowledge.
Some how, it is funny and pity. It is to remind us we should suspect the unsuspected even in our spiritual life. There are so much idolism, philosophies, idealism, etc. surrounding us in this world. We are to watch out for error which sometime mixes with the truth. Remember, half truth is always error. So like Ephesians chapter 6 said, let us put on the whole armor of God.
