Bay Area Revival 2008

It is great to come together all the Bay area Burmese Christians families in Christ's name. Let's bring out unity, love and truth among us continuously. It has been a week since the revival meeting was done. As we all get back to our churches, still those images are vividly seeing in our memory. Let's continue to pray for one another.

Church Cleaning Day this Saturday!

Ecclesiastes 3:6 says, "A time to keep, and a time to throw away." So it's a time to clean out.






This Saturday is a church cleaning day at OBMBC. We will begin at 10AM and till evening. We will need volunteers to do clean out, move out, set up, carry furniture, painting, fixing, etc.. So please come and join us for this day. Lunch will be provided.






This month we just launch out our basket theme that is "Trusting in God." However, last month our basket theme "Offering Our Best" should be reflected in this church cleaning activity. Yes, we will do our best for God's ministry even we can involve in a little thing. God's blessings!

Lost Contact

It is never easy to bear the thought that how our family members are coping with cyclone disaster back in Burma. Lost contact and no news about where they are. Just in thought, they will be alright, comforting ourselves.

The news reports devastating images cause us to be shock and awe. The back of our mind, the question is repeating why? Why? Why? Just in time, something reminds us that God is in control.

Prayer can be effective in time like this. Let us pray for the victims and our family members. Let us render our helps with the best that we can. Let us trust in God who is good all the time.
