VBS is Here!

See how much fun did we have. Let's have more fun!

VBS Kids and Staff of 2008

Many of us, the OBMBC members are enthusiastically preparing for the Vacation Bible School for the children and youth. One thing encourage me the most is that God always brings His people to accomplish His task regardless of circumstances or conditions. Here we are once again giving our best to serve God by serving the young ones in teaching and guiding of the Biblical knowledge during a short period of time. This year theme is well suitable for all; its a fun games "Studio Go." Learning God's truth by playing games! It sounds so much fun already.

Come and check out by July 31st through August 2nd at OBMBC. Oh! don't forget to register your young ones with our staff. Our highlight during three days event is taking adventure trip to Oakland Zoo. Scavenger hunt will be on as we all are learning about the animal and their unique characters.

I see you there before Summer runs out!

Easter Celebration of OBMBC

Easter is approaching and Lent season is on, isn't the most importance time of a year to reflect upon and mediate on true value of Christ's atonement for our salvation? Indeed, Christians are to be focusing on atonement of Christ that once offered up for our stead. Here OBMBC comes celebrating Christ's victory over death and assurance of our resurrection in Him. Youth and Young Adults launch out for the first time Easter Drama, titled "At-One-Ment" on April 4th Saturday 6:00PM at Little Theater, Serramonte Del Rey, Daily City.

I am excited for that drama which may bring us another angle to look at the Passion of Christ. The title itself express that Atonement of Christ is once and for all. Once to take place and efficient for everyone who believe in it. This is a story of the one who believes Christ's atonement regardless of his condition. Let's come and celebrate Easter with meaningful insight from God's word. You are invited to this celebration and please bring along your friends and family who need to know Christ's Atonement for them. May you all have wonderful Easter!
