Basket 4: Offering Our Best

For the month of April, our basket theme is "Offering Our Best."

What can we offer back to God while we are having every things from Him including our very life? If you may wonder. Indeed, we can offer our "Best" to God. In fact, the ultimate goal in our lives should be glorifying God and enjoy Him forever. When we want to glorify God in our lives, we should start offer our Best in every aspects of life. Do your Best for the glory of God.

Praise Song says,

All that I am, all that I have
I lay them down before You, O Lord.
All my regrets, all my acclaim,
The joy and the pain, I'm making them Yours.

Lord, I offer my life to You.
Everything I've been through,
use it for Your Glory.
Lord, I offer my days to You,
Lifting my praise to You, as a pleasing sacrifice
Lord, I offer You my life.

Things in the past, things yet unseen,
Wishes and dreams that are yet to come true,
All of my hopes, all of my plans,
My heart and my hands are lifted to You.

When God desires any thing from us, we can't give our second best. In our tithes and offering, our praises to His name, our service for His church, etc. should be at best. God demands every thing best; first fruit, first of a kind, best offering without blemish, purest bride (the church), best service, etc. Truly, God is deserved the best of the best for He is the King of kings, and Lord of lords and our Lord Jesus Christ. Let us offer our Best Offerings to our Lord.
